What is the quality of shoes at MARKATY?

MARKATY offers carefully selected Master Quality shoes with attention to materials, details, and comfort. Materials and details may vary by model, so please review each product description before ordering.

How do I measure my feet and choose a shoe size?

Stand on a sheet of paper on a level floor. Mark your heel and longest toe, then measure the distance in centimetres. Measure both feet and use the longer measurement. Compare it with the model’s size chart when available, as sizing can vary by model. If there is no chart or you are between sizes, contact us before ordering for help.

What payment methods are available?

Available electronic payment methods shown at checkout include Mada, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, as well as Tabby and Tamara installment options subject to eligibility. Cash on delivery is not available.

How long does delivery take within Saudi Arabia?

Delivery within Saudi Arabia takes 2–4 business days.

Can I exchange or return an item?

Returns may be requested within 7 days of receiving the order, and exchanges within 5 days, provided the item is unused, in its original condition and packaging, subject to statutory rights and exceptions. The return fee is 25, deducted from the refund, and the exchange fee is 50. These fees do not apply where the store is legally responsible, such as a defective or incorrect item; the store bears the costs required by law.

Is shipping free, and how can I track my order?

Free shipping is not permanently available; the applicable shipping cost and any current offers are shown before checkout. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number that you can use to follow the shipment with the carrier.

When will I receive my refund after a return is approved?

After the returned item is received, inspected, and approved, the refund is sent back to the original payment method. It usually appears within 3–14 business days depending on the payment provider and bank.
